of Tree Types in Tracking
Track of Lahundape River Waterfall, Tahura Nipa-Nipa Kendari.
(mentored by FAISAL DANU TUHETERU as first consultant and AL BASRI as second consultant). This study aims to identify and describe the types of trees
in the track track Lahundape River Waterfall, Tahura Nipa-Nipa Kendari. The
study took place from August to September 2017. The method of this study using
the method of crawl without plot. The steps
taken in the data
collection
in the field are the preparation and retrieval of secondary data, the observation phase, the primary data collection stage and the identification stage.The results showed that
based on the identification conducted in the track track of Lahundape Tahura
Nipa-Nipa River Waterfall was found 30
species included in 20 families and 21
genera. The Myrtaceae family is
the
most dominant
family with
the
Ficus genus, 4 species found in the tracks of the Lahundape
Tahura Nipa-Nipa
Waterfall, among others, Ficus sp1, Ficus sp2, F. glandulifera (Wall Ex Mig) and F. sumatrana
Miq. Commonly found leaf shape is oval (oblong) and flat leaf edge. The fruit is found in three forms, namely the form of buni (berry), stone (drupe) and legumes
(legumes).
The availability of tree species data in tracking tracks is important to provide
tree species knowledge and conservation
education.
